Here's a collection of some of the best FREE Wordpress Theme Sites that I've found in my travels. Hope you like them. Retweet if you like.
There are only a couple of free templates on this one, but it's worth mentioning.
This site has elegant themes that are paid and free. They have an awesome WordPress Theme Preview section under Demo, just pull down the drop down and pick a theme.
These are for the quick and dirty, basic WordPress sites.
This theme creator focuses on quality, not quantity. Very detailed and functional.
Very clean layouts, and very easy to view and download themes.
This site has a combination of free and paid themes. Nice style.
Design Disease creatively displays all their free WordPress themes as thumbnails for easy browsing.
This site has a wide selection of themes from minimalist to illustrative and grunge styles. A good find.
Zen Verse has some nice minimal designs with muted tones and clean lines.
